Once the order is shipped, it should reach its destination within:

Belgium: 4-5 business days;

Rest of Europe : 7 – 10 business days

Rest of the world: 11-18 business days

Please note that orders placed during weekends or holidays may take longer time to be processed and shipped.

We accept returns against refund within the next 30 days of your order date. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.


Consumer protection laws allow you to retract from a purchase, without having to give a reason to the seller.

Items purchased online :In accordance with the consumer protection laws you have a period of 14 days to return to us at your expense items purchased online, except as provided in the following paragraphs

The 14-day period starts from the date of receipt of the item by the consumer or by returning the item to the address below, or by sending at an email with acknowledgment of receipt indicating your willingness to return the item. In case of dispute about the date on which the goods were returned, the consumer will have to prove the shipping date. Please send us an email to info@edelcycling.comwith the following details: your name/ address/ phone number and email address ; the order number and the reason why you which to return the item. Return goods should be sent with the return form to: Edel Cycling, rue de la brasserie 47, 1050 Ixelles, Belgium.



The port of the return are at the charge of the consumer.


Returned items may not have been worn (1),must be returned exclusively in their original packaging, will be accompanied by any accessories that may be supplied, as well as all original labels and as placed by the manufacturerwill be accompanied by a paper where it is written the name of the sender/ its email or phone number and if possible the reason of return. A package with incomplete information cannot be processed.



-Damage due to normal wear and tear

-Damage resulting from improper maintenance, washing, drying, not in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations, or from improper use

-Items with loose , missing, torn labels

-Clothes that are faded and / or discolored

-Damage due to friction, sharp objects, chemicals or other damage resulting from external influences

-Articles causing physical discomfort such as perspiration, allergies or blisters (non-limited to)

-Clothing that have already been worn

-Clothes that were bought on sale except as provided below, the articles tested in order to check the size are not considered as worn.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if it presents a damage or for reasons of hygiene.


If you request a refund, you are not required to give a reason to the seller, although it would be nice to know the reason , to further improve the quality of our products and services.


In any case, the refund cannot exceed the amount paid for the returned item (s) , including rebates, the proof of purchase attached is the only valid proof of the amount paid , the shipping costs of the initial shipment remaining at your expense.

The request for refund or exchange will be examined within 10 working days of receipt of goods from the seller : after inspection of the goods received in return, the seller will respond to the refund or exchange request favorably or unfavorably within the same period of 10 working days following receipt of the returned items.

In case of a favorable response a refund will be made either by bank transfer to the beneficiary account. Please let us know if you want to refund to be made on another account that the one you made the original order with. The bank charges for international transfers will be the subject of costs shared between the principal and the beneficiaries, either by direct refund on the credit card which you used during your purchase.

In the event of an unfavorable response, a reasoned reply will be sent to you by e-mail with acknowledgment of receipt / reading to the e-mail address indicated in your request.

Please note, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

Any additional taxes to return the goods will be borne by the customer.



Due to our limited quantities, we do not do standard exchange, if you want to exchange your item for a new size, color or a new model; please ask for a refund and reorder the new item on our e-shop. This will allow you to make sure to have the new item.
