What is your return policy?

You can return your order within 14 days of receipt as long as it is unused, unwashed and with all original tags. Please check our shipping and return policy for more detailed information about our return conditions.

If you wish to return of the items, you have 14 days to return the good(s).

Used, washed or deteriorated items are not accepted.

Please send us the item(s) by post to Edel Cycling within 14 days of delivery (see the address on the return form). Note that returns are sent at your own expense.

We recommend that you keep your proof of postage until we receive your return.

How do I exhange a product?

We don't do standard exchange as we only have a limited stock. Please return the product to us and re-order the item you'd like through our webshop.
